Does Miomojo have an order minimum?

No, there is no order minimum.

Which countries does Miomojo ship to?

Miomojo ships to all 26 EU Countries through Amazon. The customer can buy our products both on Miomojo.com and on Amazon. In both cases, the delivery will be safely dispatched and delivered by Amazon free of charge and under their terms and conditions.
Deliveries to non-EU foreign Countries are dispatched and delivered by Miomojo.com. You may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Miomojo.com cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your Country, please contact your local customs office. When ordering from Miomojo.com you are considered the importer and are therefore responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the Country into which you are receiving the goods.

What are the shipping costs?

For all orders placed from EU Countries the delivery is free of charge.

For all orders placed from non-EU Countries there is a flat rate shipping fee per order, depending on the Country you are ordering from. The amount is indicated directly in the order form depending on the Country of delivery.

How long does it take to receive my orders?

For all orders within the 26 EU Countries please refer to Amazon delivery times.

For the rest of the world delivery will be 5-10 working days.

Shipping times can vary. Miomojo cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.

What should I do, if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

For all orders to EU Countries, please contact Amazon, even if you bought your product on Miomojo.com. Amazon is taking care of safely dispatching every Miomojo product and providing you full after-sale assistance.

For the rest of the world Miomojo.com undertakes to carry out the shipment of available items within 24Hours (except Saturdays and Sundays) of receiving the order. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. Shipping deliveries are made by DHL and its partners. Your shipment confirmation will contain a DHL tracking number. The parcel is traceable on DHL website.

Where can I find the invoice?

You will find your invoice attached to the shipment confirmation which you receive via email. The package itself will only contain the packing slip. Please be aware, that some e-mail providers automatically direct e-mails with PDF attachments into the spam box (junk mail). Therefore it is important for you to check your spam box.

How can I pay for my order?

For all orders placed on our website, Miomojo offers the following payment methods:

  • PayPal

Credit Card Payment
We only accept VISA and Master Card. Please enter the card number, expiration date and security code during the ordering process. The 3-digit security code is stamped onto the back of the credit card.

PayPal Payment

What if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?
